Day 2 & 3 - Challenge Phase 1

Direct Contest between Ideators vs Regulators

1. Ideators Team will draft a Proposal and present to Regulators Team

2. Regulators Team will analyse the Proposal for legal issues

3. Ideators will improve Proposal based on the various judging criteria, taking into account legal obstacles

4. Step 1-3 will be repeated for a maximum of 4 cycles

16-17 february 2021

Day 4 - Phase 1 Judging

For Participants​

Instructions will be given to participants for Phase 2

Proposals from Phase 1 will be judged by the panels

18 february 2021

Day 6 & 7 - Challenge Phase 2

Pairing of Ideators and Regulators

1. Each team of Ideators will be paired with a team of Regulators (to form a team of 6).

2. The combined teams will continue to ideate for solutions and/or build on their proposed solution in a mutually reinforcing way.

19-20 february 2021

Day 8 - Phase 2 Judging

Proposals from Phase 2 will be judged by the panels
